Live the dream! How many times have you wished you could suit up and play football again? Now you have that opportunity. Stay in shape or get in shape, stand next to your brother on the field of play and help raise money for families of fallen police officers and firefighters. Whatever your reason, here is your chance to compete with other full-time police officers and firefighters. Don't let this chance pass you by....
Season starts in March and ends in June each year. Interested players are encouraged to attend a practice ASAP in order to observe and speak to players / coaches.
To be eligible to participate as a player with the Dallas Defenders Football Club you must be full-time status from the list below:
- Law Enforcement Officer
- Firefighter
- Detention Officer (TCLEOSE Certified)
- EMT
- Active-Duty military as Military Police Officer or Firefighter as your primary military job
- Unfortunately, military reserve or national guard, nor reserve police officers or volunteer firefighters are not eligible
If you are interested in playing, download and print the Player Information Sheet and Waiver Form below and mail it to Dallas Defenders Football Club at P.O. Box 2175, Frisco, Texas 75034. You may also email the Player Information Sheet to us at dallasdefendersfootball@yahoo.com . All players must complete both forms below and submit a copy of an agency photo ID card to confirm eligibility . NEW Players: $50.00 non-refundable player fee must be paid by your first practice. A player may obtain a full or partial sponsor or sell raffle/season tickets to help pay the remaining $300.00. Helmet (white with black facemask)
Shoulder Pads

The following volunteer positions are also available for home games :
- Administrative support
- Scoreboard Operators
- Chain crew (first down chains)
- Ball crew (maintain football rotation with referees)
- Ticket takers
- Concessions
- Stats keepers
- Stadium Announcers
